Welfare concern for child at Springville residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible welfare issue involving a juvenile at a residence near West 410 South in Springville. The reporting party, who has full custody, is concerned the child may be isolated and possibly abused during visits with another adult.
