Unattended truck on I-15 northbound off-ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and a unit responded to a report of an unattended truck at the base of the northbound on-ramp near Exit 257 on I-15 by Springville, later indicating contact near the northbound Exit 260 off-ramp.
