Several men were going door-to-door near 11th Avenue north, claiming to be from Xcel Energy and asking residents to show their utility bills. One man described a Black male in his mid-20s wearing a checkered shirt, last seen walking towards The Ultimate. Additionally, two men in their 20s were seen asking about Xcel rebates, wearing dark pants and sweater pants. No official permits were issued for this activity, and it is believed Xcel Energy does not conduct this type of visit without permits.
