As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a rollover crash involving a white work truck on I-95 south near mile marker 142 in Stafford, Virginia. The vehicle came to rest on the left shoulder, and all occupants were out. Two apparent basic life support patients were transported from the scene.
