Fire alarm in four-story Comstock Circle building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire alarm at an apartment building near Comstock Circle in the Escondido Village area of Stanford. A smoke detector was sounding in a fourth-floor hallway, but no smoke or flames were reported while crews investigated.
