Tree knocks power line down between houses

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers report a tree taking down a power line between houses near the 900 block of North Emery Street in Stanley, causing a power outage. Fire crews and the utility company are being contacted, and there is apparently no sparking or fire.
