Fall patient with head injury and altered mental status

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible medical emergency at a health care facility on Waupelani Drive in State College for a male patient who reportedly fell, reopened a head wound, and showed altered mental status and low blood pressure.
