Large group causing disturbance at restaurant bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a business on Byers Street for a reported disturbance involving a large group of guests who had been refused service, moved to the bar area, were being loud, and were refusing to leave, with possible alcohol involvement.
