Report of possible gunshots near railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller on Crooked Lane in Stephens City reported hearing about four loud pops that could have been gunshots or firecrackers near the nearby railroad tracks. No additional suspicious activity or further calls were reported.
