Woman found unconscious in vehicle at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a gas station near Fairfax Street in Stephens City for a report of an apparently unconscious adult woman inside a silver car. The call was made by a passerby, and law enforcement and fire units were dispatched to check her condition.
