Accidental activation of commercial fire alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a commercial fire alarm at a business on Horn Road in Cecilia, Kentucky. After contact with the alarm company and keyholder, the activation was reported as accidental and all responding units were canceled while one unit proceeded in non-emergency to verify.
