Shots reported at stop sign on East Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond near East Road in Stephentown for a reported non-active shots fired incident. A caller reported that a white older model Blazer passed by the previous night, followed by apparent gunshots, and later found a bullet hole in a stop sign.
