Gas leaks contained, family displaced to shelter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Sterling report that gas leaks have been contained and utilities shut off near 3rd Avenue. A command post is set up at City Hall, and a family has been displaced and directed to a temporary shelter at the old armory near the police department.
