Transformer failure causes power outage in Stilwell

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched in Stilwell for a reported transformer fire behind a business called Big B South. Responders later reported there was no active fire, but multiple locations near a highway, including businesses and a housing area, appeared to lose power.
