Neighbor seen outside with axe in Stockbridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported weapons complaint at an apartment on East Street in Stockbridge. A caller reported that a neighbor with special needs allegedly came outside holding a double-sided axe, but the people involved were separated and the neighbor went back inside the apartment.
