Person found unresponsive in post office lobby

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported an unresponsive male in the lobby of the Stockton Springs post office who was breathing but still unconscious. Responding units were advised of prior alerts connected to that address involving assaults and weapons (name withheld).
