Vegetation fire spreads near homes in Stockton

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vegetation fire near the east end of Dutch Avenue in Stockton. The fire is about a quarter acre, has apparently burned a shed, and responders are beginning to evacuate nearby homes to the south due to its rapid spread.
