Child struck by vehicle in Stockton neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a vehicle reportedly running over a juvenile pedestrian near Silver Avenue and Rogers Street in Stockton. The child was breathing, crying, and had a reported four to five inch laceration on the back of the head. Units coordinated response and discussed using the Stockton City Hall parking lot as a possible helicopter landing zone.
