63-year-old male with chest pain and breathing issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving a 63-year-old man with chest pain and breathing difficulty near Seagull Circle off Campsite Road. Units were also sent to an apparent large vehicle crash near West Morehead Street between South Main Street and Arlington Street.
