Erratic minivan and car force driver off road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a report of erratic driving involving a dark-colored minivan and a blue car traveling northbound near Duck Pond Road toward Kingston. The vehicles reportedly cut off the caller and may have tried to run the caller off the road.
