Intoxicated males flee down 8th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of two males running down 8th Street in Stonewall. One was wearing a black shirt with a backpack, and the other was in a khaki shirt and blue jeans. The second individual was believed to be intoxicated.
