Suspicious men reported near Chestnut and J Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near Chestnut Street and Jay Street in Stony Point after a caller from a nearby residence reported (number withheld) suspicious males, one who parked a maroon Hyundai and walked away and another on an e-bike, possibly scoping out the area.
