Welfare check after person reportedly threatened to hang self at home near Sherwood Farms Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded for a welfare check at a residence on/near Sherwood Farms Court after an out-of-state caller reported receiving suicidal text messages from (name withheld). The person was believed to be in the basement and reportedly threatened to hang themself. Officers were advised they could enter via rear sliding glass doors, and the homeowner/father (name withheld) was reported to be away in Orangeburg.
