Dead dog and chained dogs reported at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dead dog and several chained dogs in the yard and on the porch at a residence on East Water Street in Stotts City. The animals were described as pit bulls, and the information was provided by a delivery person who then left the area.
