Intoxicated man reported near Apollo Heights apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man at an apartment on East Pine Street in Strafford. A caller reported that around midnight the man knocked on the door, briefly touched a resident’s face, and then left. He was described as possibly intoxicated, wearing a white shirt with jeans and slide shoes, and carrying a beer.
