Vehicle fire and illegal metal burning at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area near First Street and Garden for a reported vehicle on fire and a possible illegal burn, where a group of people was reportedly burning metal at a residence and creating a strong odor.
