Juvenile on minibike nearly hit by vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller in Stratham reported a juvenile riding a motorized minibike in the roadway near Aberdeen Drive and said the caller nearly struck the juvenile with a vehicle. An officer was assigned to speak with the caller about the safety concern.
