Tree on power lines blocking Minkel Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and utility workers respond to a tree that has fallen on power lines and is arcing near Minkle Road, blocking the road and restricting traffic. A separate request is made for firefighters to help an ambulance crew lift a patient at a residence on Watcher Street.
