Truck with altered plate fails to stop for officer

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers attempted a traffic stop on a white pickup truck near Southeast 15th Street and South Division. The vehicle, which may have a damaged or altered license plate and is possibly linked to a person from another city, reportedly did not stop and appeared ready to flee.
