Man has mental episode, talks irrationally at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched for a possible mental health episode involving a middle-aged male at an apartment near Dobyns Road. The individual was talking irrationally and believed his doctor had died. There is a history of seizures, but breathing appeared normal with no physical pain reported. Responders arrived on scene.
