Reckless black hatchback nearly causes collisions

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are alerted to a report of a reckless driver in a small black hatchback on Route 131 heading toward Route 20 near Sturbridge. The vehicle allegedly nearly caused rear-end and head-on collisions while passing other traffic.
