Man collapses and becomes unresponsive at Farm to Market Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, search and rescue crews were dispatched to a location off Farm to Market Road near Sturgeon Lake for an apparent medical emergency involving an older man who became pale, collapsed while standing, and is now unresponsive but breathing heavily.
