80-year-old unresponsive female found moaning at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services were dispatched to a residence near Cedar Springs Road in Sugar Grove, Virginia for an approximately 80-year-old woman who was reported unresponsive but breathing. The woman was later described as crying and nonresponsive to the person who called for help.
