Officer contacts man with warrant on Civic Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to Civic Center Boulevard in Suisun City to contact a man reportedly wanted on a failure-to-appear warrant. He was described as sitting near a civic center area in front of a nearby business, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and khaki shorts, and possibly with a bicycle.
