Man reports harassment by ex-girlfriend tracking him

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near Madison Avenue in Sullivan reported ongoing harassment by an ex-girlfriend who appears to have been tracking him. Deputies planned to meet the caller at a nearby market along Highway 18 to take the report. The caller said he would arrive in a white Nissan in about ten minutes.
