Man has chest pain with arrhythmia in pickup near highway

Unit 363 responding to a possible chest pain incident involving a 32 year old male near State Highway 59 and County Road 34 South. Patient is conscious and breathing but has a history of cardiac arrest and irregular heart rhythm. Vital signs are elevated. No drug use reported recently.
