Two-vehicle crash at Waller Road and 104th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible collision at Waller Road East and 104th Street East involving a brown Toyota Corolla and a white Chevy pickup. The driver of the white pickup reportedly does not have insurance and apparently fled toward Portland on 104.
