As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a coordinated high-risk vehicle stop near 104th Street East and Waller Road East in Summit, Washington. Units surrounded a northbound-facing vehicle, approached with sirens and lights controlled, and detained one person who was reported secure.
