Man with catheter possibly septic, hallucinating at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence on County Road in Sumner for a 43-year-old man who was reportedly very sick, in severe pain, possibly septic, hallucinating, and unable to urinate for a day. The call was treated as a priority sick patient, and family members were heading there to unlock the door.
