Officers track suspicious Chrysler near Woodman’s

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a report of a suspicious Chrysler 200 near a store parking lot by Woodman and Sycamore. The registered owner apparently returned, picked up the vehicle, and drove away through nearby streets including Hoepker and Grand.
