Driver followed after not stopping at traffic lights

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer appears to follow a vehicle from the Woodman and Madison area toward Grand Avenue and Hepker Road after it reportedly does not stop at traffic lights. The officer later reports being in contact with the driver. A separate call mentions an apparent disturbance on Ricker Road involving two hostile females reported by a nurse.
