Suspicious vehicle briefly blocks car and leaves

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible suspicious incident on Peacock Drive involving a newer white Mercedes that briefly parked in front of another vehicle and then left the area, which a person outside thought was unusual.
