Mattresses and insulation blocking lane on 680

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of mattresses and insulation creating a possible traffic hazard in the number one lane of southbound Interstate 680 near the connection to Highway 84 and a nearby weigh station. A unit was sent from the Snow Boulevard area to respond.
