Hit-and-run crash on I-680 near Sunol

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible hit-and-run collision on southbound I-680 just north of Sunol involving a white Toyota RAV4 and a black BMW 430i. The RAV4 driver moved to the right shoulder, declined ambulance transport, and is waiting for a spouse to arrive and drive the vehicle.
