Suspicious person gave items to children at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the main office at Brimley State Park for a suspicious situation involving an unknown person in a black BMW who reportedly gave two children unusual items, including a camper jack and diesel engine fluid, before apparently leaving the park.
