Intoxicated woman on roof possibly armed with knife

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and police were dispatched to a location on 53rd Avenue East in Superior for a reportedly intoxicated woman on a roof. Radio traffic indicated she may have previously thrown objects, possibly including knives, and it was unclear if she still had any weapon.
