Vehicle strikes guardrail on Harper Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a motor vehicle crash with leaking fluids on the 5700 block of Harper Road in Surveyor. The vehicle apparently struck a guardrail, and a wrecker and fire department were requested for traffic control.
