Tree branches damage vehicle on Alexander Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of possible vandalism near Alexander Avenue, where a neighbor allegedly cut down a tree and branches fell onto a gray Toyota RAV4. A later call reported a verbal disturbance between the original caller and several men at the scene while they tried to remove the branches.
