Man shoved and verbally threatened resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a prior physical disturbance at a residence near Nevada Street in Susanville. A man is reported to have shoved the reporting party, threatened him, and then left on foot heading east on Nevada Street while carrying a large backpack, wearing a baseball hat, and holding a large stick. The reporting party requested that the man be considered for a trespassing charge.
