Suspicious shirtless man reported near Susanville area

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a suspicious man with no shirt near a residence on Cook Street in Susanville and was concerned he might return where the caller’s pregnant daughter was inside. Deputies were dispatched and later reported resolving the situation with the people involved separated.
